1) Choose the right foods
A flat stomach needs a healthy diet. Fruits, vegetables, cereals … Vary your sources of vitamins and fiber to help your bowl movements and prevent bloating. Sugar free cereals, for example, is one of the favorite food for a flat belly. The salads are good allies for digestion and their satiating effect. During summer, you can indulge yourself with fruits and vegetables in season, in winter, you concoct tasty dishes, paying attention to fatty ingredients.
In mid-season, make ??a small spa detox, cleansing your body and having fresh start! And contrary to popular belief, the carbohydrates, like pasta and rice should not be banned from your diet,as long as you eat them moderately.
2) Strengthen your abs
Any path you might take to get a flat stomach you should know that shapely abs cannot be obtained without sport! The traditional abs workouts will do just fine and also other sports that burn calories like swimming, jogging, playing tennis, spinning. Being active is essential for your wasteline, but also for health.
3) Get rid of cellulite
Fighting against cellulite encrusted on the belly and hips will also improve elasticity and skin hydration. For this, many techniques are recommended: the belly massage, application of anti-cellulite creams, alternating cold-hot water during shower, massage gloves,etc. Breaking the fat deposits beneath the skin, you might be able to lose a few inches!
4) De-stress!
Everyone knows the stress and pounds often go together. Especially in terms of the belly, negative emotions and anxiety problems “help” you gain weight. The yoga or meditation can also help you relax and relieve you.
