You need to be willing to work hard, even when you&#8217;re feeling tired or lazy. Only if you are willing to make solid, lasting changes will you able to make fitness a part of your life.</p>
<p>A modification to traditional running that can increase fitness is <em>high knee running</em>. It simply involves raising your knees above your waist while running. By doing high knee running, you increase strength in your core muscles by essentially doing a standing crunch while running. It&#8217;s also an extra workout for your thighs.</p>
<p><strong>Be sure to wear shoes that fit to aid you in your fitness routine</strong>. Ill-fitting shoes will cause multiple problems including blisters, ankle pain, knee pain, hip pain, and an number of other issues. If you think your shoes may be causing problems, first be sure that they are not too old, as shoes can have a wear-in pattern. Also, check with a physical therapist or podiatrist as they may be able to provide you with inserts for your shoes.</p>
<p><strong>Round your back while performing hanging knee raises and reverse crunches</strong>. <p>Motivation is 70% of the diet. If necessary, ask one of your friends or your partner to play the role of coach. Or, better yet, find a group that has the same goals as you. Seeing others take action and hearing their success stories will motivate you.</p>
<p>2) <strong>Take your time!</strong></p>
<p>Losing 10 pounds doesn&#8217;t happen in one week so learn to be patience, imbrace a balanced diet, you wouldn&#8217;t want to create an imbalance in your body by not eating the necessary nutrients. 1/2-1 lbs. per week is a good weight loss rate. <p>Unlike many others who have written comments, I have been using Fat Burning Furnace for about three weeks and I saw the results, and also have a good knowledge of what the system is about &#8230; the real deal, no BS .</p>
