Fat Burning Furnace is a diet and exercise program created by Rob Poulos that is currently all over the Internet . But, does the program lives up to its reputation (you can lose 11 pounds of pure fat in 7 weeks), or is it just another “miracle diet” that will dissipate before the end of the year?
Unlike many others who have written comments, I have been using Fat Burning Furnace for about three weeks and I saw the results, and also have a good knowledge of what the system is about … the real deal, no BS .

Exercises
The set of exercises that comes with Fat Burning Furnace is unique in its kind, fast, easy, and it works! I think the exercises make up for 80% of the success of this program. The exercises allow you to build lean muscle, which burns more calories, which creates a calorie deficit, without cutting down the number of calories you consume. It should be noted that you need to have a calorie deficit of 3500 calories per week to lose 0.5 kg of fat. So I suggest you to follow the healthy eating plan that accompanies the program.
The exercise routine takes only one hour per week of your time, but these exercises are very short super intense and help burn more fat than exercises alone together (unlike most workouts that require you to perform lots of sets of each exercise) . The key to this short series is the speed of repetitions, each exercise has its own tempo specified; three seconds to lift the weight and four seconds to lower the weight.
I have heard of these breaks in tempo (which focus on the negative repetitions), but never really taken that into account in my past four years of toil at the gym. Well, after doing the FBF workouts , I realized that these exercises really give you great results, much faster than other exercises.
WHY diets do not work
I think the diet come second place after the Fat Burning Furnace exercises, but it remains essential to follow a healthy diet to see better results from exercise. Personally, I suggest eating more fiber to help you feel full, drink lots of water and stay away from processed foods, especially those that contain corn syrup, high fructose content. Your body can not metabolize corn syrup, high fructose and just stores it as fat … yuck!
