Japanese Diet

The diet must be followed for at least 3 consecutive days, as follows:

DAY 1 (Called Rise Day): Boil 250 gr of rise for 20 minutes. After it cooled off, add a few drops of lemon or an apple, cut in small pieces. On the first day, divide the rise in portions that must last for the entire day. No other food should be consumed.

DAY 2 (Fish Day): You will eat only fish (boiled or grilled).You should eat a maximum of 500 gr thru out the day.

DAY 3 (Rise Day again): Follow the same indications as for day one. During the diet, drink liquids (water, tea).If the diet is followed for 3 consecutive days, you’ll lose 3 kilos.
